Virgin Blue’s Redundancy Refund Promise is a policy that aims to make life a little easier for Guests who lose their job. Subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the Policy, we will cancel your booking and refund the cost of your ticket if you suffer involuntary redundancy.

Virgin Blue and its international short-haul carriers Pacific Blue and Polynesian Blue currently operate a fleet of 78 modern Boeing 737 and Embraer E170 and E190 E-Jet aircraft.
 
In February 2009, the Virgin Blue Group also launched Australia's newest international long-haul airline, V Australia, with scheduled services between Australia and the USA. V Australia currently operates three brand new B777-300ER aircraft.
